81 – Campania IGP Primitivo 2024

Primitivo is a typical Apulian red grape variety that also settles very well in the lower Casertano area, thanks to the territory of origin and a favorable ecosystem, fully expresses the typical characters of the area of origin.

VINIFICATION

– Grapes harvested by hand, placed in boxes and transported immediately to the winery, are then crushed and vinified by maceration in stainless steel for 14-16 days

At a controlled temperature of max. 26°C. Subsequent aging takes place in steel containers for about 6 months.

TASTING

– A wine with an impenetrable bright red color with ruby highlights, the nose reveals itself to be very intense with herbaceous and red fruit scents. The taste is balanced but with great structure and alcoholic power typical of the grape variety.

Serving temperature 16/18°C

PAIRING

– : Its remarkable structure and persistence make it suitable for pairing with hors d’oeuvres of cured meats and aged cheeses, and main courses of red meats cooked in the oven or barbecued.
